The hotel is situated in a perfect area in a cool neighborhood. The staff were nice and helpful. The room amenities were excellent with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a great dining experience.
Although some staff didn't seem to care much about customer service, I would still highly recommend this place for a wonderful stay.

Very rude staff. Tried to give us a room with a bathroom door that doesn't close. Very poor value for money. Roooms were very dark and in need of serious maintenance. tv did not work and when told they did nothing to fix it.

Nice lounge, very nice dining/breakfast space. Cozy atmosphere and nice decoration.
The room was too small for the price, and parts of it were scabby.

We stayed in a hotel in a cool neighborhood with amazing eateries and plenty of bars. the hotel staff and service were impressive, and the rooms had excellent views of the surrounding neighborhood. the elegantly decorated lobby offered an inviting space to relax.
We experienced some issues with cleanliness in the bathrooms.

Great location, good size room, very comfortable bed very friendly staff.
A little pricey for what you get. Bathroom could do with a bit of touching up and breakfast could also be improved a bit.

Big bed, lovely bath, general comfort on an epic scale
breakfast was poor and items ran out before the end of breakfast time. i.e. I was not able to get any bread at 10:15 (breakfast was 8:00 - 11:00)

the rooms were well-appointed and had plenty of space to move around. the hotel was situated in a prime location, making it easy to access all the key sights and attractions in the area. Finally, I enjoyed the well-maintained gardens and library, which provided a tranquil and relaxing space to unwind after a long day of exploring.
One area that could use some improvement is the upkeep of the rooms. There were a few minor issues that could have been addressed more promptly, such as a faulty hairdryer or a slow internet connection.

Aesthetically the hotel has a lot of character and charm. The atmosphere is relaxed but there's still a nice buzz too. The rooms are well designed and the attention to detail was great. The location is perfect.
The website doesn't mention that the pool is only open during summer months (December/January).

Great reception from the front desk, and great music playing in the facilities. The bed was extremely confortable and room 15 was quite spacious compared to the others in our group.
I loved everything, but for my grandparents, the lights were a little too low. Corridors and bathrooms can get quite dark at night, but this is the hotel style. The music for them was a bit loud during breakfast, but then again, the young ones loved it. Would reccomend for young couples, not so much for elderly.

What a great Easter break! The rooftop pool was a highlight – perfect for cooling off on hot afternoons. Plus, the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of fresh fruits and pastries. The location was unbeatable – walking distance to trendy shops and bars, plus easy access to public transportation to explore the city.
The rooms could use some updating – the paint was chipping in some areas, and the furniture looked worn. Also, the Wi-Fi was spotty and slow at times, which was frustrating when trying to plan our daily activities. Lastly, the staff seemed a bit disorganized, causing a delay at check-in. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and enjoyable rooftop pool, but don’t expect luxury accommodations.

Reception was helpful.
Full payment at check-in is required, kind of disturbing. Bedsheets are not changed unless asked for.
